I have much to say and little time to say it. So I will get more active in posting when I can. But in the meantime, check out George Fearing. George is mounting a campaign against our friendly 4th CD Republican, Richard Norman “Doc” Hastings (”Doc” of what exactly?).
There have been rumblings of other Democratic candidates in the 4th but so far none are in sight. But I think we have a good one.

Hey I was just wondering about some other possible candidates the Dems can put up for congress in the 4th… There is always a chance Doc might not run for re-election so winning an open seat would be critical, and finding the best Democratic challenger is crucial as well. So I think we should open our minds and discuss some other potential candidates, and not just settle like we have done for the past 10 years.

Absolutely. But who? I haven’t seen anyone else step up yet. You? A spirited primary could be fun and healthy for the 4th.
