J2761 – Our client is looking for a Storage Manager to support the storage business opportunities generated by the physical asset sales teams by managing systems, people and processes. You will have at least 5 years of experience as a Leasing / Finance Storekeeper, experience in managing a team is also desirable and exposure to dealers and manufacturers.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily management of the storage system for the two Hard Assets teams.

• Create new schemas and users according to your needs.

• Create a mechanism for information on diet, etc., to flow from sale to storage.

• Communicate clearly with local sales in terms of dealership progress, usage and storage performance.

• Communicate clearly with suppliers and dealers, where appropriate.

• Provide training to local sales in terms of dealer training and daily dealership use of the system.

• Manage the process of obtaining, verifying and approving invoices from suppliers / dealers / self-billers.

• Monitor box storage.

• Oversee the audit process centrally – Bring in external third parties and sales staff as appropriate.

• Monthly data reports.

• Work with collections where / when needed.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

• Ability to lead, manage, motivate and develop team members to provide high quality service.

• 5 years + experience in storage.

• Experience and ease in participating in external client meetings.

• Ability to help develop the storage system at UK and European level so that we have a pan-European tool.

• In-depth knowledge of products and storage systems.

• Excellent customer relationship and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of different financial products (HP, Loan, Leasing).

• Knowledge of different types of assets.
